– انتخاب پیمانکار اصلی پروژه
– گرفتن چک پیش پرداخت از کارفرما
– تحویل گیری زمین از کارفرما
– تایید نقشه های اصلی
– رسیدن اجناس خریداری شده به سایت
– تست تجهیزات اصلی
نحوه تعریف رویدادها (Milestone) در نرم افزار MSP:
به منظور تعریف Milestone مسیر View > Gantt Chart را طی نمایید. بر روی سطر فعالیت مورد نظر دو بار کلیک کرده و از پنجره Task Information برگه Advanced را برگزیده سپس گزینه Mark task as milestone را برگزینید. با این کار فعالیت به رویداد، تبدیل می شود و شکل ظاهری آن، در نمای گانت چارت (gantt chart) به شکل لوزی، تبدیل می شود. معمولا رویدادها، دارای مدت زمان برابر با صفر هستند.
توجه: البته در نرم افزار ms project یا MSP رویدادهای دارای مدت بزرگتر از صفر، نیز می توان تعریف نمود.
توجه: در نرم افزار ms project یا MSP ، با وارد کردن مدت زمان (duration) برابر با صفر، برای فعالیت، آن فعالیت تبدیل به مایلستون (milestone) می شود.
